Obituary

Sandra Maxine Schrock, 81, of Goshen, died at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 21 at Greencroft Health Care Center, Goshen. She was born on November 1, 1940, in Goshen, to Weldon and Kathleen (Gohn) Alleshouse. On October 2, 1960, in Middlebury, she married Henry Schrock, he survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are four daughters, Debbie Hoffman of Goshen, Barb (Ken) Toole of Goshen, Bonnie Schrock of Danville, CA, Donita (Patrick) Moody of Goshen; six grandchildren, Andrew (fiancée Alexia Boggs) Branum, Hannah (Jami) Mitcham, Kirsten Toole, Benjamin Toole, Ryan (Emily) Hoffman, Shelby (fiancé Stephen Everett) Moody; two sisters, Nancy Clemens of Bristol, Linda Breniser of Elkhart; brother, Dan (Teresita) Alleshouse of Bristol; brother-in-law, Kenneth Peterman of FL. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kay Peterman; brother-in-law, Burt Clemens. Sandra was a homemaker and had worked at the Shipshewana Flea Market during the summer months. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Middlebury. She enjoyed knotting quilts, flower gardening, and watching the Price is Right. Visitation will be from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 23 followed by a 2:00 pm funeral service at First United Methodist Church, 720 S. Main St. Middlebury. Services will be conducted by Reverend Dr. David Schrader. Burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury. Memorials may be given to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
