Mary A. Miller, 83, of Tippecanoe, died at 8:55 pm on Saturday, April 16, at Goshen Hospital. She was born on May 30, 1938, in Mercer, PA, to Eli and Elizabeth (Miller) Miller. On September 2, 1961, she married O.J. (Oren) Miller, he survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are daughter, Wilma Miller of Kendallville; two sons, Orlin (Kelly) Miller of Tippecanoe, Glen (Amie) Miller of Middlebury; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne (Ruby) Miller of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Bernadine Miller, son, Lonnie Miller; three brothers, Nelson, John, and William Miller. Mary was a homemaker, Amish taxi driver and an over-the-road truck driver delivering trailers. She was formerly a very active member of First Mennonite Church in Middlebury and was currently a member at New Life Christian Center. She was a great cook and enjoyed gardening. Mary was known for her infectious smile and her love of Jesus. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 21 at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street, Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Friday, April 22 also at the funeral home. Services will be conducted by Pastor Slavic Sagach. Burial will be in Miller 8 Square Cemetery, Goshen.
