Obituary

Jack Lee Brockman, 77, of Middlebury, died at 2:30 pm, on Monday, January 17 at Goshen Hospital. He was born on July 9, 1944, in Des Moines, IA, to Harold and Dana (Lankford) Brockman. Surviving are sister, Patricia (Dennis Delorenzo) Durlacher of Elkhart; nephew, John (Jenni) Durlacher of Kentland; four grandchildren, Joshua Durlacher, Cale Gross, Seth Durlacher, Reece Castongia; and his dog, Baby Doll. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Sheeks; two brothers, Jerry and John Brockman. Jack worked at Syndicate Systems for 44 years as the Payroll and Accounts Payable Manager and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 210, Middlebury. He enjoyed putting puzzles together and playing games on the computer. Jack had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. Burial will take place at a later date in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury.
