August 29, 1954 -- April 8, 2019

Lorene S. Schrock, 64, of Shipshewana, died at 5:50 pm on Monday, April 8,
at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, after a brief illness. She
was born on August 29, 1954, in LaGrange, to Henry L. and Lydia Mae
(Miller) Hostetler. On July 27, 1974, in Middlebury, she married David W.
Schrock; he survives. Survivors in addition to her husband are daughter,
April (Courtney) Snyder of Goshen; two granddaughters, Ashley and Andi
Snyder. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was a member of
New Life Fellowship. She helped with the bookkeeping for the family
business at Troyer's Garage in Middlebury and was the janitor at Shore
Church for 21 years. She loved children and did babysitting out of her
home for 14 years. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm
on Friday, April 12 and one hour prior to the 10:00 am funeral service on
Saturday, April 13 at New Life Fellowship, 2755 South SR 5, Topeka.
Services will be conducted by Pastors Drew Ryall and Russ Hunsberger.
Burial will be in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana. Memorials may be given to
New Life Fellowship for the Children's Ministry.

Dave, April and family Thoughts and prayers are with you during this
difficult time.I will sure miss her comming in the store. She always picked
out the nicest greeting cards for her family and loved to by the country
woman's mag each month.She always had a smile for you or a giggle.She
will be missed by many.I know how much she loved her family always
talking about her beautiful granddaughter's and the joy they brought to
her,yes she will be missed but She is no doubt in my heart walking with
Jesus on the streets of hold. She got her wings that's for sure .RIP Lorene
untill we meet again.

Dave and family. My heart goes out to you as you go through this time of

David...I am at loss for words to say. Lorene was on my Facebook page. I
have beautiful memories of the two of you in our journey of life. I am out of
state and will not be there. I welcome you in the future journey of our lives.
